You could help, you know, instead of being a worthless waste of pixels for once.
If we're talking about pure efficiency for causing the most damage to the market, the best way is probably to undercut the market by a few thousand every day with 1 point batches so that 1) It's a bother for other people to actually buy them off you 2) It doesn't cost nearly as much money 3) The undercutters will undercut you and help you reach your goal more easily. The undercutters in particular will help tank the "market price" by selling larger batches of points which will make it easier to convince undercutters to go even lower on future dates.
Or you could go scorched earth, gather about 5-6 helpers, and take the entire points market hostage so that nobody can buy or sell any points more expensive than your own.
