Currently I use the 100mW Laser & Recoil Pad for my Arma.
I just got the 100mW Laser and was wondering what if there are any other mods that are worth getting.

Generally, the best mods are considered lasers and lights. However other setups may be optimal for certain builds or weapon types. (ie chokes are best for shotguns. For a build meant to hit immediately with evis, I use a custom grip and hair trigger to maximize first turn accuracy)
