The TSR approach? Anyone actually playing or testing their products fired on the spot as its ****y. Resulting in generally very poor quality ie low consistency of rules as if no one had bothered to proofread beyond spelling or test it at all. Well considering the company didnt want such.. well..
You're probably right. They take the easy way out. Rather than filter and grave, simply don't bother, just dump it somewhere and job done. Imagine putting some actual effort in it.
