Failed to connect after 3 attempts. Please refresh!!!
Logged out of Torn, restarted PC, emptied cache, turned off Torn tools...
Any ideas?

Yup it is all back to normal for me - thank you :)
It was same for me for few moments. No worries chat 3.0 coming. I think they are beta testing it now If I read announcment well.
