why should I give it to new players who genuinely need it to progress in the game instead of just playing RR and losing it all to a random already rich lvl 100?
Giving your stuff away when you "think" youre gonna quit is dumb. I would never do that. Invest your stuff. If you bored again and want to come back at least u dont have yo start over.
Have no fear, when active players quit without giving away their stuff there is more money removed from circulation therefor improving the economy.
So it still has a use
Sorry little bro, I'm not going to enable some other poor soul to stay in the grind by giving away stuff to keep them hooked for a few more months. I'll happily trash every single item and send any cash to inactive accounts over enabling more people to stay in the game.
Do it, i mug most of my mission targets, and those are mostlt in active. The money will slowly get mugged over the course of years 😂
There are probably hundreds of thousands of inactive accounts and I have maybe a 100m in liquid cash at best, that'll be a very long grind my friend.

But before you go how about
sending a random or faction mate or friend thats lvl 15 or lower Your stuff, money and maybe even PI?
gather all funds and buy as much ammo as you can , good armor, good weapon, tons of temp and become a nice mission target
