The quality of an item is typically an indication of how "good" the piece is.
The higher the armour rating and any bonuses, the higher the quality rating.
for example, if an armor ranges from 45-50 rating, a 0% would be 45 and a 100% would be 50.
50 armor rating mitigates 50% of damage to that specific body part, assuming you get hit where the armor covers.
Incorrect. Quality is 100% dependent on the armor rating. Bonus has no factor.
