The game wont let me attack any one. It goes to the attack page loads the guns. The start attack button does not appear and nothing happens.

Can you please try clearing your cache from the browser settings or do a hard refresh (Ctrl + fF5) and see if it resolves the issue?

The start attack button flashes up and than nothing.
Can you replicate the issue in Incognito mode with all of your scripts and extensions turned off?
I dont know how to turn my scrips off. I am not good with computers.
Just check in Incognito window if it is working fine. Incognito disables all extensions by default. It is unlikely that you have them turned on without realizing.
Sorry, I don t know what the incognito is or how to turn it off. If you could help me out that would be great.
What browser are u using?
Chrome => Top right corner. Click on the three dots and then click on "new incognito window"
Firefox or Microsoft Edge => Top right corner. Click on 3 lines or 3 dots and then click on "new private window".
Go to torn.com and see if that works for u.
To find how to open an Incognito for your specific browser you can Google "[browser] how to open Incognito window"
if you are using Firefox the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + P
for Edge/Chrome/anything else the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + N
