Wondering when a faction's vault balance gets transferred to the leader and is available for mugging after a faction has been destroyed. Wiki has nothing and some say 15 minute delay and some say new hour rollover.

I don't see why it wouldn't happen immediately.
I figured it’d just poof along with the faction no?
It gets dropped into the leader's inventory immediately. The faction is dead, they're not getting any favors.
There was newspaper article about it. "Raided a retired player faction then mugged the leader" source of income.
A faction tried to do it on my buddy Milos tiny solo faction when he was retiring. Lol they didn't know he actually put his money else where. It was funny to watch tho.
