I would've been more sympathetic if you weren't a complete noob with under 10m battle stats running a noobtrap faction abusing fellow noobs lack of knowledge about the game.

My networth has grown so much since i joined. Learned about war, turtleing, distraction levels. Our leaders even told me i would get better gains in a bigger faction. But I choose to stay.
I dont think this is a noob trap like insignia was. It's just a new faction given the time to grow we could be great.

What he means that even if it's not a predatory set up, you have a faction with very little benefits as it has no respect, a noobish leader who knows maybe the bare minimum of the game if he's lucky, and what they can provide is very minimal, even if you are making some money with ranked wars at your stage that energy is better spent with growth etc
