I imagine this happened because you used a medical item at the same time as getting sent to the hospital. For some reason the prior hospital reason was picked up for the Icon. I will ask Roman to check.

Also there is a significant delay between being able to see that you have crashed via the Racing tab and actually being sent to the hospital.
