Not able to list items on market

In this .gif I'm clicking on the tabs for temps, armor, meds, drugs and nothing is changing. Then when I click to edit the stuff on the item market it says I have nothing- but when I refresh it shows up with the items that I do in fact have listed on the item market.

 

Main issue is it is not letting me click the tabs to list more stuff on the item market.

 

This is happening on PC. Mobile seems to work just fine.

Yes I did do that and it didn't do anything- although after listing the items on the item market using my phone, it fixed it. This has happened before - will see if I can replicate.

It's doing it again- was working but then I hit "Clear all" for item selections and now it won't let me click the tabs again.

Update to this- It did it again just recently, I found out then when I closed a tab that I had open that had old information on it (showed i had two trades, one was a ghost trade and one was a completed trade) that the tabs for listing the items worked again.
