My mission difficulty is not increasing. Never missed or failed a mission, but I'm still stuck on easy.

54 days in Torn, is literally nothing.
Once you built up enough trust with the duke, he will give you a special mission that increases the possible difficulties. There are multiple of those unlocks that you will have to do to unlock all difficulties
I understand how it's SUPPOSED to work, but I've already filled half of the rep bar. I'm at the same point my buddy is, and he's on hard missions. Another has lower rep with duke, and is on medium.
Standing bar is not linear, so the half scale doesn't mean the half of the max possible standing. So you never yet received the 'Three-peat' contract, right? Or you completed that contract, howeer you are still receiving easy missions?
How do I figure that out? It sounds familiar, but I don't know for sure
I checked your logs and looks like you never accepted the 'Three-peat', so it wasn't yet spawned. When it will, you will need to complete it to unlock the medium difficulty. This mission still spawns randomly and require available target type, so there can be delays.
how is that possible? i have done every mission i have been given. been in game for 54 days, done 55 missions. haven't skipped/failed/rejected one...
i misunderstood. it's not that i didn't accept it, it's that it hasnt been given to me yet...

I agree it's not, but when i have friends with less days, who have only completed a quarter of the missions, that are already to medium and hard missions, it makes me wonder if something is going wrong. Hence the reason I posted. Not because I think I've played for a while.
