Can you please try clearing your cache from the browser settings and see if it resolves the issue?
How would you do that on an iPad sorry I’m not very up to date with technology don’t know what my cache is
Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Edit > Click minus next to torn.com
