Depends what you mean by raking it in quick? The way ched wants it is that you buy donor packs with your CC, that'll be $5 per 23.5m in Torn. Second option, get to 15 and fly and mug noobs overseas. Third option, get into a cache farm.
Absolutely top option is to stay away from the forums though.
