With your working stats there is a PSF who will probably pay you 1-2m daily. Start messaging psf directors.

In terms of progression you should get yourself in a Music Store/Adult Novelties ASAP, you can go back to starter jobs later to get the perks but if you find a Music/AN willing to hire you id go for it
Until you max the promotions and unlock all abilities for each job revives, stat spies, gym gains etc. once you have all those nice city jobs perks you can move to a company.
By that point you would also have increased your working stats by a few thousand.
I would get through the education job get that 10% perm bonus on class times at least
Some people will tell you that it's better to get into a player company ASAP and I agree that for your job stats it will be a faster start to do it, but I think you should max out all the NPC jobs first for the bonuses and for completion before moving on to player jobs.
^^
I think this depends on what you want to do, so if I were you, I'd explore the companies and their options and see if any of them stand out.
For a newer player, some good options might be:
- Join an adult novelties company and get edvds for happy jumping
- Music store for gym gains
- Sweet shop for energy drinks
- Pub if you want to increase your nerve
Bearing in mind that a lot of companies have stat requirements, so it could be worth seeking out a company that will train you, increase your work stats to a good level and then join one of the above (as by this point it's more likely a company will take you).
Remaining in a starter job is also a decent option as you can gain some permanent perks from those (e.g. ability to revive from medical).

I'd recommend going to player companies asap. Better perks , faster stat gains. Npc jobs are better for inactivity. The issue with staying in npc jobs to max them out right away is that you'll have to stay for a long time. If you go player companies, you can return to finish these npc jobs in the least amount of time possible
