I am new here and going through tutorial missions but it has me trying to use a gun on and inactive player that is unconscious. Is there a way to skip this?

If the play is in the hospital simply wait until they are discharged
He has inactive for over 4000 days but I'll wait and see.
Someone else will have recently defeated them for a mission.
Inactive just means he doesn't currently play the game - but they are still automatically kicked out of the hospital bed and back onto the streets when their time is up. On their profile you will see how long they have left in the hospital, and then you can attack them.
The only inactive players you cannot normally attack are ones which have been away for over a week who are abroad, but if they are a mission target it ignores that restriction and you can still attack them.
I've been checking constantly throughout yesterday and today but unfortunately he is still unconscious. Not sure how to proceed.
What is the username of your mission target?
Who is it? Seems unlikely!
