The same as irl.. You wouldn't just stand in the street with a sign saying "I need friends"
There's lots to get involved in. Learn the game, join a faction, do stuff and offer some value. As long as you're a decent person ppl will chat to you 🙂
he certainly can do that with all the sign "i need friends" on the street. some people would come over to be friend with him.
