How do you send an item at all? The closest option I can find is initiate trade.
Go to your items, use an empty box, add what you want in to it.
In your supply packs you will now have a parcel, you can further enhance this by using wrapping on it.
Either way once you have a parcel you will have a send option.
Items that can be sent will have a 'paper plane' icon on the right hand side, that paper plane is the send button, you can search by name or numerical id
