I am constantly being hospitalized by one individual. He has constantly been harassing me and caused me to leave the faction. He has since told me he won't leave me alone and keeps putting me in hospital. I am not sure how to proceed but seriously considering leaving the game as he has stated he has multiple accounts and it's only 1 that I know he has for certain. Need some advice

You've managed to piss them off somehow then, but if they've "admitted" to multiple accounts that's against the rules, might be worth reporting them to staff through their profile for them to look into. Otherwise just ignore them, they'll get bored eventually.

Well posting in Gd is a good first step to getting it resolved.  You'll be hospitalised by a better class of criminal here. Seriously tho if they've admitted to having multis report it with the evidence.

Getting hospitalized isnt as bad as it seems at first. Ignore it, med out when you need to train or do something and stay in hospital when you don't. They will get bored sooner or later.

File a player report for multis, though you're probably just getting trolled. There's a lot of dumb people here, but not as many that would tell the person they're beefing with that they're committing a fedable offense.

Also This is a crime game based around attacking. That's not harassment,  it's part of the game. Maybe you should go play Roblox or something a little more your size if you're going to cry about it. 

 9/10, people don't just target you for no reason. It sounds like you're conveniently leaving part of this story out thinking you'll rally up some white knights to save the day. But really you should be asking yourself privately, "what did I do to get in this situation".

If they are truly multi, report the account to staff, make screenshots of all your proofs. 

It is totally fine when someone put you in hospital again and again, it is not harassment.

What is against the rule is having multiple accounts and use them against you.

Recently I am seeing so many young 'new' players under level 10 posting on forums that someone is being a bully, I personally think these gotta be troll posts, Torns putting ads in the wrong places, changed your name, or something odd is happening... 

If you are not a troll, not an alt, then listen to the players above me.

So... as far as I have established 

OP joined a faction and there was a ranked war... OP is low level and was asked/told by the leader to self hospitalise 

OP refused over and over as he wanted to play the game

Leader asked him to self hospitalise over and over

OP left faction.... leader is putting him in hospital

They will get bored eventually. Use your time in the hospital to read up on some guides.
