i'm new to starting a faction so….i'm trying to add medical stuff and points to my faction and it wont let me what am i doint wrong? Torn is saying unavailable for the item that is clearly available otherwise but….i must be doing something wrong…..looking for some advice. please IM me

the related armories need to be unlocked first?
What fullonninja said, you need to spend respect to unlock the armories. You may have enough for 1-2 armories, but you definitely don't have enough for the points armory.
