So me being in a low lvl faction we have been grinding as much as we can. In war we are allowed to travel and make our hits we are allowed to hospitalize the stronger players. Mugging is not allowed but what happens when let's say the spouse that is a lvl 50 that has nothing to do with the war your in starts to interfere in a low lvl war to stop your hits or to hosp the faction list so you can't attack them. .

Mercs are not against any rules, and there is nothing to punish a faction for breaking terms you may have agreed upon.
This is Torn, even if the Geneva convention was a thing, it would be a suggestion. We dropped home made nukes on rivals ffs.
Outside hits will enable an early discharge. Mercs are allowed and can be common, just get stronger and fight better. This is torn after all, ive been in “termed” war’s where the other factions suddenly decided they actually did want to fight and not stick to our agreement.
