I'm not able to withdraw my money from my company only the money I recently put in is able to be withdrawn

You need enough money in the bank to cover ads budget and salary etc for 7 days, so that is likely the reason you can't withdraw it all
You need to maintain 7 days of salaries + ad budget in your company vault. You can only withdraw the excess money on top of that amount.
