Load out

Any body know what ‘ load out’ means in the points building

they are for different equipment setups

you know...heh....LOAD....OUT...heh

Not everyone knows about this, so I'll just put this out there~ On the items screen there's this button here circled in yellow. This will open up a loadouts screen.

This allows you to create several 'loadouts.' -You click the loadout button, then equip your weapons, armor and temps. Then you click on the "+" button on loadout two and you can equip different weapons, armors and temps. It saves both of these setups and you can switch between them just by hitting the "+" button for that particular loadout.

This can be useful; especially if you have a lot of RW weapons with specific uses. For example, you can equip your character with things like warlord weapons that you can use against weaker opponents (if you have a weak warlord). Or you can have a setup that is built specifically for beating people with high dex, for example equipping pepper spray and quicken weapons. Other ideas include having a separate loadout for defending vs attacking, etc.

Creating these shortcuts allow you to switch between weapon and armor loadouts quickly in a battle. I think you start out with 3 loadout slots to begin with. Using points, you can buy more, so you can create more builds that you can switch on the fly.
