I didn't have any issues when S-I-S was talking about it in fac chat yesterday, but in the past 10-15min I've suddenly been having these same issues (same device as yesterday) - failed to connect (keep having to refresh) and nothing in notes.
I am not seeing the issue on any of your accounts. How long does it need for the issue to resolve?
Notes are back within several hours each time
Not sure - they're back now. If it happens again (hopefully not) I can try to keep a better eye on it.
We have reached out to Sendbird and they are confident that the issue is on our side, which I am not so sure about. We have enabled some additional logging, so please post in here if anyone notices this issue specifically (Chat disconnected and Notes vanishing).
