Think you have what it takes to design for JFK? The JFK Family is launching an exclusive graphics competition for all creatives! This is your chance to showcase your design skills and leave your mark on Torn by creating new banners for our factions. 

 


What We’re Looking For:

 

We need a banner and faction description designs, which can be adapted for each faction. (I.e - Including JFK Main, Misfits, Future Killers and 2.1 within the design) 

 

  • JFK
  • JFK 2.1
  • JFK - Future Killers
  • JFK Misfits 

Design Focus:

 

Bold, aggressive, and high-impact visuals dark themes with red, back and white accents (inspired by our previous banners) Space for Faction Name/Logo, Requirements, and What We Offer sections

Requirements: 

 

A strong desire to learn

Consistent stat growth

Highly active and self-sufficient

Note: The text will be slightly adjusted for each faction, but the core design should remain consistent. 

 

 

 

Prize:

 

We are offering 5B Cash Prize to the Winner - this will be decided internally by our council. 

 

 

Deadline:

 

Submissions close on 13th Feb 2025!. Get those designs in before it’s too late! 

 

How to Enter:

 

Create the banner/description designs -  Submit your design via THIS Forum post.

Must fit Torn’s size requirements.

Personally I don’t think you guys need it. JFK  gfx are perfect the way they are. It’s unique and simply beautiful. 

on another note, I recommend Abz or Sakra. Hope they get in on this comp.

UPDATED WITH HIGH RES COPIES AND ANIMATED TAG

Evening all! Looking forward to seeing all the entries for this, I'm confident we'll all see some epic artwork.

Here's my entry which includes:
Animated Banner - inspired by the previous designs but refreshed and modernised.
Animated Description Background - This will be coded in place, to allow for your YATA requirements and interactive leadership/council banners to be overlaid.
Animated Faction Tag - using new JFK typeface on a red background,

Due to the extremely generous prize offered, if chosen I will also include FREE changes to the animated banner's text for all JFK Factions for the entirety of 2025.

Artwork can be sent separately, but I thought in-situ might give the best chance for you all to get a feel for how these designs could look...albeit on light mode :p
