for levelling up: train your stats then attack Baldr's levelling targets list (its in tutorials and guides section)
to earn money: run plushies, trade, mug, gamble, do stocks, buy supply packs then resell the contents (not recommended), scam (really not recommended)
Also if you need some cash fast, you can sell a few losses (at least 350k per hit) ---> best to use discord servers to get well paid
