Looking at role chances... Car thief may be based on racing skill. Or one thing i wanted to ask devs. Is there by any chance some roles that have skills of unreleased crimes counted towards them? Like for example GTA for this one.
And how devs will work with new crimes. Like for example new crime drops, will it somehow be part of some role or no? Or new crimes will only be added to new OCs that will be released after them?

we had a faction vote and always pay out in cash, into vault balance to avoid this scenario right here. we have never seen this crime but I imagine some would be a little butthurt being a an OC for four days and get nothing in the end.

Just took a look at our OC income since it's such a hot topic and the reason a lot of factions don't migrate to 2.0. It's wild how much it went up.

 

So here's a summary of our PAs on november 2024, that's the last full month where we did PAs and also one of our best months in terms of income:

 

We were running 10-12 teams every week at the time, which is alright. ~70% success rate as well, not the best but not terrible either.

 

 

Now please take a look at our OC income over the past eighteen days

 

Realize that this is over half the time, not even a full month, assume it doubles over the span of a month, and our OC income becomes pretty damn good.

 

The only reason we have so few level 8s completed is because a lot of our members aren't strong enough to do those, but we have plenty capable of doing level 7s and below.

 

 

I'll double down on what I said before, if you have ~10 PA teams and you're still on OCs 1.0, you're wasting your time. 

 

 

EDIT: A caveat: I'm micromanaging/minmaxing level 7s to get the best bang for our buck, so that definitely inflates that particular OC's income and success rates. Your own experiences may differ.

interesting lol -- some crimes will be a bit extra work to pay out then others.

 

any idea if the items that were required for the crime were consumed or kept?

Definitely not, I got 40+ RS and there are people with higher chances than me with 20 and lower.
