Hey there,
Well, this is a forum, so I guess that many of us might be able to help you, but we would need you to be more specific.
What questions in particular do you have? What is the background?
Is it a doubt such as "Can I run X o Y game with the computer Z?" If this is the case, my suggestion is to go to PCGameBenchmark where you can type in the Operating System (Platform), Processor, Graphics Card and RAM Memory of the computer/laptop you are considering, and see how good it is.
In fact, you could filter like this, and then search for the games you have on your Steam/Epic Games library.
On the other hand, if you are purchasing some components and want to check for compatibilities, there are a couple of "simulators" that might help:

Finally, if you already have your PC Gaming in mind, the final suggestion would be to look in YouTube for reviews on such product.

If you use discord the build pc server is very busy and lots of good advice on there or can use the reddit thread also for it.
Have a budget in mind also, as it can get very expensive. And have an idea of what kind of games you want to play, old games or the latest AAA titles for example
