• bank would be the best way, you can also travel for plushies/flowers after level 15.
• best way is to join a good faction with perks. other than that no it's just part of the game.
• no but with faction perks they can be extended
• you should do them in order.

• travel is the main thing, for merits and money.

Cooldowns pretty ironclad but faction perks and job benefits can help greatly. 

Crimes ought to be done in order for the simple fact that the first and lowest ones require the least amount of nerve per offence and that will help you gain skill and increase your nerve bar the fastest. 

Uniques will come without really investing much thought or effort but if you go to the crimes page and then click wiki on the top of your browser, or go there now and then search crimes, each page tells what uniques there are and under what circumstances you may trigger them.

You should train your stats enough to be able to take on Baldyrs list targets and then take as much xanax as you can and attack those targets until you level up to 15. then you'll want to focus on gym training and save your attacks for chaining/wars with faction as that way you can earn $ for that energy spent which takes away from your stat growth. alternatively you could use it to mug or collect bounties.
