I'm working on the bounty merits and want easy targets so i'll give 10K to folk who place a $2 bounty on the 4 of these inn-active players bellow.

If you also want to work towards these merit here are the ones I know of. These pair well with the 100 finishing hit series of merits like fists or 250 un-amoured fights. Payment may be delayed if i'm flying and post here or send me a message when you do it with logs so I know who to pay

Or... you could just go to the bounty page on the newspaper, go to the cheapest bounties and claim them
No need to pay anyone and the targets should mostly be out of hospital

i'm too weak for that sadly so I aim for weak targets I can farm, my name is true so i'm very weak for my level

Another good idea would be to ask people to put bounties on your Duke mission targets.

that also works but i'm working on 100 artillery kills and I keep missing on my duke targets. like I said i'm very weak for my level my total stats are just barely 500 and my speed is less than 100. I don't want to train too much since I need to OD my stats back down later and the more I train now the longer that will take
