Was hoping to be a mechanical weapon kinda girl but there’s literally only 3? Do weapons get added often? Are there plans for more mechanical ones?

There are three: chainsaw, cattle prod, taser
They're all fun in their own ways - taser and cattle prod have special effects, chainsaw is just satisfying (hard to stealth tho).
I would suggest using a macana/DBK as your primary weapon for now since you’re just starting out. They have high accuracy and damage, so probably the most reliable for you until you train your battle stats up.
There is a merit for using a mechanical weapon in 100 finishing hits. Chainsaw is best for that since taser and cattleprod are very low damage and serve a different purpose.
Though, even chainsaw has low accuracy so macana, diamond blades knife, and metal nunchaku are best as melee weapons until you get stronger.
