Is torn like a country or a state? And if it is what does the flag look like?

Torn is a city.
It’s geographically located in the USA (near Texas or something like that) but is sovereign according to the Chronicles. So I guess you could also consider it a country, the way Rome is a country.
So no flag?
Rome's not quite a country - the Vatican City is (and is, incidentally, the world's smallest country).
no flag YET maybe staff will do a community thing where they get the players to make a flag
The flag would likely be just a white background with a giant turd on it, perfectly describing the community most of the time.

Rome is 100% a city in county of italy, located on the continent of Europe

Yeah, Kronalias said so above too! 😅😂 I guess it’s Vatican City which is only a subset of Rome (which makes it even weirder imo) haha.
