Diamond blade knife all the way a good diamond blade is 1000x cheaper and more efficient!!!!

Meat hook has terrible accuracy, so unless you have a lot of speed or fight against opponents with really bad dexterity, you’ll have a harder time landing hits. Otherwise they’re pretty comparable damage and stealth-wise, so DBK is the better weapon overall.
Unless it’s Halloween - in that case use the meat hook to kill all your low dex chain targets for a chance at the extra treat bonus.
Indeed a very strange choice of weapons to compare! Normally one would see Macana or DBK?
Just use the DBK, and as Halloween approaches sell the meat hook and buy yourself a reasonable bone saw (probably the best all round Halloween weapon at the moment)
General advice when looking at a weapon, I generally go for accuaracy over damage. I'd much rather hit and do some damage rather than not hit and do no damage!
