Everywhere on the bookie it won't let me place a bet. It says suspended in all the fields to place bets. I could show you a picture but it seems self explanitory

This is not a bug - The betting line is suspended from the bookie provider, nothing to do with Torn, just what happens naturally irl
Bookie matches are suspended if the provider stops providing updates for whatever reason. This gets resolved after some time automatically once the issue at the provider's end is resolved.
