Definitely stock ticker is a good purchase. You already have a bazaar. So only other thing is racing license. Rest are just your personal preference and don't have much impact on your game (Regular energy refill is highly recommended if you can afford it)
Daily energy refills-- if you cant afford that, you should be selling your points and investing the money in something else.
