Has anyone else been following the supreme court cases regarding the ATF and some of their rulings being unconstitutional ? Just curious of the torn community’s opinions on the topic.

USA vs Rahimi - skeptical on what some might construe as "credible", as this can be widely exaggerated and/or subjective.
Garland vs Cargill - Agree...Bumpstocks are garbage anyways tho...[This was an ATF thing] - ED: Also braces overturned.
NY Rife/Pistol vs Bruen - Agreed...But just super lawyer-ese language to state the obvious.
DC vs Heller - been upheld how many times now? In it's millionth appeal. (This one is HUGE)
Barrett vs USA - Really interested in this one being overturned
Garland vs VanDerStok - On the docket for Oct(?), regarding "Ghost Guns" (so sp00ky).
One other I can't recall regarding non violent felons...
Every single Calif gun law...Drum/mag capacity over 10 already overturned if you have owned it "previous" to the law being passed (Grandfathered in) - too bad they don't put dates on those things, right? :P

So many to pay attn to it's had to keep tack.
They should be canned along with the CIA. NSA, FBI......
