    This is intended, DoT (Bleed/Poison and other damage) is added on top of the weapon damage (zero in this case due to the miss). So things like Warlord and Proficience can proc in these cases. Thanks!

Not sure if this is intentional or not.

 

Just finished a fight where I fired my proficient weapon and missed but bleed proc’d and killed the target. Proficient still proc’d for bonus xp despite missing.
