Currently someone in jail at the time of writing. However, no one else in jail has a reason why theyre in, ending in a full stop.

There are a handful of Jail reasons from Crimes 1.0 system that have a full stop at the end of the reason phrase. I don't see a reason to spend time correcting these, but will let Joe decide.
