After completing Combat Training, is there a maximum percentage for weapon experience gain with individual weapons? I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to reach over 100% and if there are any way to see the effects of this?

The boost is proportional to the experience gained. Aka the boost at 20% is double the boost of 10%. 

 

It takes roughly 2000 hits to reach 100% experience. At 100% experience, a weapon will provide +10% damage and +2 accuracy.

 

100% experience is the max. You can't gain any further experience once you've reached the max.
