Money making tips request

I was wondering if yall had any tips for making money. I have around 30 ish mil and was wondering how to best use it. I normally fly to Africa to buy xan and resell in torn. I have looked at a gew guids but idk if they are outdated or not. Thx

Do you have your suitcase? Faction with +10 travel items? 

Gonna assume you're a more idle player based off your age and play time, your best bet would be to fly and fill your bank, and get 10/10 banking merits, that should keep you busy for a long time.

There are lots of active things to do, but you really won't enjoy them unless you start dedicating more time to the game.

Unless, you have a lot of RL money to buy Donator Packs with, there is no way to get rich quick if we exclude being extremely lucky with Slots, Lottery and gambling.

1) Flying you already knew

2)Slutting can generate some good income for a while, however Energy spent is better used for training

3)Get into a warring faction and be active in wars. This can be by far the best income until later.

4)If you are artsy, then there is demand for all sorts of artwork and you will find buyers easily on forums if you are good

5)Build your passive income by investing your money in the Bank. Start with 1-2 week investments and keep adding to it until you reach 2b, then invest for 1-3 months depending on what you can afford to go without.

6)There are all sort of ways to make money in Torn if you are creative - Wish I was!

7)There are certain jobs like working in a Private Security Firm that can pay well, however the perks are not the most favorable.

For the most part the guides, especially concerning flying, are not out of date. 

One quick look at your account indicates that you're renting a maxed out PI and you've got full staff hired for it. Are you happy jumping or making full use of it? If you're tight for cash, don't rent a maxed PI, these require a ton of activity to be able to afford rent. You can save big dollars by renting an island that has an airstrip and less happy and just hiring the Pilot only. Unless you absolutely need maximum happy for the island it's just money wasted. Split the rental costs with your spouse if you are not already doing so.

Im in a warring faction so i try to use the money i get for happy jumping so that id usually my most costly venture.

Yes i am happy jumping. Just learned about staff maxing out happiness but my spouse is taking care of that cost.

There's one of your issues right there, you're too broke to be happy jumping, just train 3 xans a day, and get in a better faction, tons of 1m+ respect to go around with perks that will help you move foward, if a happy jump takes a quarter of your Networth it's just not worth it

Our faction had a team that just finished Market Forces and they each got 1.3 mil after a 20% cut for the faction. And all they needed to do was pick a role with the highest checkpoint for them. I bet they'd get more when they're strong enough to take on even higher level OCs.

How would a faction with more respect benefit me?

More respect means more and better perks!

These could come in the form of more travel items +10, reduced drug addiction along with reduced chance of OD, better gym gains.

And that's just in a faction of around 1mil respect.

As mentioned above, if a HJ is taking 25% of your money you should probably swap over to choco jumps, give yourself a chance to build some money that is then going to continue building more.

Even if only 147 days old I bet you could into a better AN than a 2*, if you're active enough (at least once a day) keep your addiction down, you'd probably easily get into a 7* AN

Definitely the biggest earner for you currently would be a RW faction and getting active in those wars, build up that NW and then spend your interest on more training or pretty baubles (better items)
