Where do we find or buy better weapons? I have seen them in the auction house for millionssssss but I’m just wondering is that the only way to get a nice weapon or ????

The weapons in Auction House are called Ranked War (RW) weapons. When factions get into war they get different caches as prize. Those weapons appear as a luck of the draw from opening those caches. That's the only source of those weapons.

People who buy cache and open them sells those weapons in the auction house, trading forum, bazaar and item market. Their prices depend on how much people want to pay for their particular effect.

if you want good weapons with perks without spending ten/hundreds of millions or billions of dollars, join a better faction that has a stocked armory for loaning. 

Doesn't seems like your current faction has much to offer in regards to perks or anything else. Its literally called "the shell" so I assume its just a noob trap farm that takes advantage of new players.

To add to the above, at your level you should not worry about those kind of weapons too much.

You can buy many different non-RW weapons on the item market for relatively cheap.

There are specific ones that are deemed "best" but IMHO at your current level they won't make a massive difference and you would want to change them a lot for merits anyway.

If you join a bigger faction they will most often provide some good weapons and armor to use while you are a member anyway. :)

For now just focus on your GYM, crimes and income.
