Last year (and on the wiki), we were able to burglarize the liquor store for a chance at some green stout.
So in preparation for this years St Patricks day, for the past month or so, I've been loading up on liquor stores.
I have 100 liquor stores. Ive been spending nerve to keep these liquor stores up. Every 3 days, the liquor store will flash and you gotta spend another 2 nerve casing the joint.
I really hope this year is no different, but it looks like you gotta go to bits and bobs this year.
When you're willing to spend that much nerve and effort for a few $1.2m rewards, you really have been Chedding yourself.

I can confirm that shoplifting Bits'n'Bobs can yield Green Stout. However, it maxes out Notoriety there, so its not reliable source:
Would be a good time to get the max notoriety merit for those who haven't gotten it yet

I just spent 63 nerve looking for a liquor store and found one! Failed to case the place first try. 48 minutes I'll get to try again...
