Usually when you send a faction mail to a selected group or specific role the leader and co lead are ccd in so they know the mail was sent, regardless of if they are part of the selected group.
With the new send to members not in a OC option the leader is not ccd in, There is no copy available to me whatsoever and if a council member sends it I have no easy way to know it has been done which could prevent unnecessary spam.
Less of a problem with my current size but for larger factions this could be a bit more of a problem.
