Currently the faction/stats endpoint does not contain the amount of oc2 done, which is used for the challenges for the new branches. There is 'organisedcrimesuccess', but that's either oc1 or oc1+oc2, while the challenge seems to only take oc2. Can we get it added to that call, please?

So I checked this with Chedburn - the challenge should work for both OC’s 1.0 and 2.0 together.
We actually don’t have a separate statistic for them currently - it’s all counted together, so I’m not even sure how would it count only OC’s 2.0.
There is a way to get specifically successful/failed OC’s 2.0, but that would require a specific query just to extract that information from the DB and to my knowledge all faction challenges use the faction stats table from which you’re basically fetching the data with the endpoint you mentioned.

If it’s not the case for OC’s 1.0 to be also be counted in for the challenge within your faction, then I guess that’s a different bug that needs fixing.

If the issue persist, please create a new bug and provide information about the faction that's currently experiencing this issue so another dev can fix it.
