Astral projection is the closest thing to it if you want to talk more about spirituality and religious experiences. I have gone and seen both Heaven, that place where Revelation talks about Jesus with his Father's kingdom (some other part of Heaven but far beyond the gates), and Purgatory. I haven't seen Hell yet and don't wish to. I'm not evil, so my projections have been otherworldly parts of Earth (other countries), Heaven, and the dark abyss (Purgatory). Never have my dreams been out to space (as far as I remember).
Theories (string stuff, quantum "many-worlds") hint at extra dimensions or parallel universes, but actually accessing them? Total mystery. Wormholes need exotic matter (which we don’t have) and energy levels way beyond us. Fun to dream about, but near future? Probably nah. Maybe in 3023… if we survive the lab explosions. 😅🔬

I suspect if it is possible in the near future, it’s most likely due to our scientist FAFOing with Quantum technologies.
Humans really need to stop wasting time. Is grass really green? Can we farm enough elements from the earths natural alchemy to live even more comfortably while every other species is fighting for survival? Humans can't even comprehend the idea of what time really is and to think cartoons are real and we can manipulate it?
