Do i lose training bonuses (like END and MAN) if i drop 10 to 5 employee effectiveness?

No, your employee effectiveness is just basically how well you perform in the company essentially
Some company owners (directors) do require a min EE (with or without merits), and they might fire you you if you drop below.
I would advise to check with them to make sure you are good.
Better question is why would you ever consider dropping EE?
Your Employee Effectiveness merits have no effect on your work stat gains. Your total effectiveness has no effect on your work stat gains. Having merits in EE benefits the company because you have a higher total effectiveness. Some directors may require EE merits, others might pay you more, others might not care. Having EE merits is good for negotiating a raise or getting a hard-to-get job. I suggest taking this knowledge and deciding if you really need EE merits, or maybe those merits are better spent elsewhere. Depends on your priorities.
