i have a rage/evis claymore.  if i miss on the initial hit that procs rage, the subsequent rage hits do not proc evis.  because evis is inherent to the blade, evis should proc on any hit, regardless of when it lands.  Sky successfully filed a similar bug report last week with her rage/bloodlust yasu.  different bonuses, but same logic.

evis is not a dmg booster bonus to the weapon.

it requires an actual turn to proc, so secondary hits from rage/ fury cannot proc evis. After evis is procced, then in the subsequent hits you get the extra dmg - so nope evis is not inherent to the weapon...

I think it is currently working as intended.

i see your point, but bloodlust isn't a booster to the weapon either.  both boni only get applied after landing a hit, and while they do operate differently, they both have a 100% chance to apply the bonus on a hit.  so it stands to reason that if bloodlust can be applied to rage hits, evis should be too.

It is not a question of should or would. Eviscerate cannot proc on the duplicate hits but only on the main hit due to system limitations. If it were possible to make them proc them on all hits, it would have already been done by now. Bloodlust was a rather straight forward fix because the damage calculations were involved. Eviscerate is a % chance to proc on each hit, unrelated to the damage you deal.

Thanks!

  • yes, a 100% chance
