So, not really a bug i guess, but  i've got this notification today  "23:51:13 - 16/04/25 You ranked up to #25 Elite"

 

But then, when i check my medals, i see Elite has the #24 in it, is that supposed to be that way?

I believe that's because although there are 25 Rank medals, the count begins with #2 in terms of the Rank. A brand new account starts as "Absolutely Beginner", which doesn't have a medal. So, my Invincible is the 26th rank, but 25th medal received for Rank.

You get the first medal when you rank up to Rank #2, consequently you get Medal number 24 when you rank up Rank 25. There's no medal for Rank #1 as it is the default rank, as mentioned above.
