I.e how often do eggs get added to pages to get found
Is it?
- Daily/hourly/whatever?
- Only at the start of the event?
- Activity based?
Essentially, how often am I meant to go out of my way to do an in depth hunt?

Random, sporadic intervals I believe. They wouldn't want players to try to game the system and exploit getting as much eggs as possible if there is a fixed algorithm
cool, so just check whenever the hell I feel like it.
Guys and what is that when you look into someone's profile scroll down,there's this egg count then there is "20-All time eggs" is that the number of eggs for the person or the number of eggs you can find on that page
It's how many eggs that person has found. There aren't going to be 20 on a page. Also, if they have found 20 on the first day, then 18 or 19 of them were left over from last year.
This event really isn't as complicated as people want to make it. Just go about your business and some eggs will pop up on the pages.
I am guessing that every time you load a page, there is a small % chance that an egg will spawn.... therefore the more pages you load the more chances you have to spawn an egg
