I'm level 7. Have a level 100 constantly putting bounties on me today. I'm assuming due to my gender, because I've had no interactions with them or anyone associated with them.

 

I've had 5 bounties on me now. I can't play because every time I get out of the hospital, a new bounty is on me and I'm right back in. This isn't against the rules apparently.
